How to achieve this look: 1️⃣Part hair where you prefer going from the front of your head to the back and clip off the section - I went with a left side part since I tend to part my hair on the left side of my head. 2️⃣ Apply your styling product - I used @hydratherma ‘s Aloe Curl Enhancing Twisting Cream on wet hair. I love its pleasant citrus scent, the smooth texture, thicker consistency, and the slip it provides. It contains a number of moisturizing ingredients, such as aloe and helped give my curls some definition. 3️⃣ Separate the parted section of your hair into small subsections - I separated my hair into 6 sections using small rubber bands and smoothed out my curls using the @behairfulbrush . I use this brush whenever I do any kind of puff style. I love how the bristles get to my scalp and help smooth out my hair for a nice, clean polished look. 4️⃣ Put the remaining hair in a puff with the hair from the smaller subsections - Using the @behairfulbrush I was easily able to brush my hair into a side puff. 5️⃣ Finger coil (optional) - I chose to finger coil the curls in the puff and the bangs that I left out so that the curls were more defined. 6️⃣ Apply hair accessories (optional) - I opted to add hair jewelry and clips to spice up the look.
