Very creative and full of a lot of good ideas for the now and the future and they allow you to do your part in helping shape society through them. Everyone, remember, that in any workplace, in any organization, in any scenario you have the ability to change how things are for the better. Big examples are the feminist movement, LGBT movements, movements and daily acts towards racism, sexism and any other inconsiderate injustice, our military and so much more. Why do I always settle for scraps?

Lately I’ve realized that I always sacrifice myself to keep things working. It’s like I always do what others want in order to make them happy, no matter if those things bother me. 

I’m the friend who never actually complains, the friend you always keep waiting but doesn’t say a thing, the friend who always helps you but doesn’t get much in riturn, the friend who always tries to make others laugh ...

But the thing that bothers me the most it’s the fact that I’m somehow ok with it. I feel like I don’t deserve more. I’ve always tried to be the best no matter the situation, but I’ve always felt that wasn’t enough. I always see the worst in me.Why?
