44. — happily alone

Usually, Leia didn’t like to be alone, but there were those rare moments of solitude that were refreshing. Times to stop everything and reflect could be healing. Some nights, she was kept up at night by thoughts of worry. Other times, she was kept up by pure excitement, thinking of the day to come. And still, yet, there were other times she stayed awake, completely content, thinking of all she had to be thankful for. Her friends, her two great jobs, her two great homes… She could count her blessings all night.

⇢Andrea was spending too much money at bars and wasn’t making enough to make up for it at the Junk Shop. Her nightly trips were all that were keeping her sane, so stopping was out of the question. Maybe it was time to think about getting a second job. She groaned at the thought. Times like these made Andrea miss being a pirate.
