TL:DR there's a thread in my Lifeseriesification tag that I agree with on some points, but not with the parts that ascribe malicious intent to Grian's actions (esp. in subsequent reblogs). Also my salt about Traffic Game is about fandom size & oversaturation, NOT dislike of the creators. Cool 👍

(rest of my thoughts in the tags bc i'm mildly ashamed at writing this amount of frivolous fandom rant & it doesn't deserve to be a proper post tbh)

#As much as I find most of Traffic Game fandom to be insufferable #am upset by the growing rift between Life Series viewers & HC fans #& love to engage in Breadboi haterism wank in my own corner #I don't believe Grian is being deliberately malicious or selfish in the situations that I bitch about.#Nor do I think that other hermits feel wronged in some way by his popularity—#they're all adults they can talk it out if there's ever an issue. & we the audience do not need to be privy to that.#I genuinely enjoy Grian's videos when I watch them in a vacuum ^^;#he's a good entertainer. solid entry point into HC. fantastic motor for server storylines & organising events...#It really just is the oversaturation and overshadowing of it all that upsets me. & that's purely fanbase (size loudness intensity) issues.#Also. people are entitled to dislike any mcyt creator for any reasons they have.#I just wanted to have it stated somewhere that basically none of my ire is aimed personally at Grian or any other popular hermit/lifer.#Whenever I tag lifeseriesification stuff like ''I need that waffle reduced to CINDERS i hope he died hashtag scene fuck die anger hatered''#I'm basically just. Btw it's very cathartic to go the official brand account for shapes.inc @/shapesinc, as well as the various sockpuppets and trash heaps (e.g the cofounder @/noorienoorie) who like their posts, & just scroll through all the wonderful comments people have been leaving in their notes 🥰.
