why don’t you make me? (from Charlie)

"Because you might not be able to handle that and I do not want any complaints from your health insurance or your therapist.” Sarcasm was always his first instinct but it especially kicked in when Charlie was involved. There just was something about the guy. But the truth was, Chris enjoyed it immensely. “Besides, I’m doing all the work anyway. Time you get your hands dirty, darling. I’m waiting.”

Jaime had been grateful for the professor for giving him a watch similar to Kurt’s. Giving him the projection that nothing was wrong with him, that he hadn’t changed was important to Jaime. He didn’t want to scare the young ones with the red scars that covered his body, made by anti-mutant scientists that tried to conduct experiments on him. Fortunately they failed and all their research was destroyed. He had wanted to be alone still, meditating on what to do for the rest of his classes, when he heard a knock on the door. Quickly turning on his watch, Jaime’s hologram covered his body. “Come in,” he said, still sitting cross legged on his bed shirtless, letting the sun soak his body.

“I’m just anybody, now?” Charlie asked with a raised eyebrow as he watched the other try to come up with excuses that he was fine when it was obvious he was the furthest thing from. He set his backpack down and toed out of his shoes before moving over and sitting on the bed the back of his hand moving towards Keos’ forehead. “Christ…you’re burning up. Either you need to get in a cold bath or I need to take you to the doctor. Why didn’t you call me?” He hated being lied to but he hated not being needed even more than that.
“Who was on the front desk? Em would know better than to let you see me like this.” Keos tried to duck away from the hand but to little avail. He sighed, sinking back into his pillows; he was too tired to try and wriggle out of this one. “The doctor was over this morning, Charlie. It’s okay.” He glanced at the soup again. “Just don’t get too close; I don’t want to get you sick as well.”
“i made you some soup, and i’m going to sit here until you eat it. i can wait.” (From Charlie)

“Charlie?” Keos’ voice was soft, his body buried beneath the covers, forehead slick with sweat. It was just a simple cold but Keos was never able to cope with feeling down, nor did he like when others saw him in such a vulnerable state. “I thought I told the front desk not to let anybody up…” He murmured, glancing at the bowl. “I, uh…” A cough. “Thanks but I don’t need it: I feel fine.”

@emergeanew liked this for a starter from Wyatt
Keeping his head down as best he could, Wyatt walked quickly through the streets of San Francisco. It’d been a while since he had any run-ins with the witch-hunters, and he wanted to keep it that way. He’d been lucky last time, it had only been a few of them, which meant it was easy enough to make them forget the whole thing with his last bit of memory dust. But of course, Halliwell luck never held out, and as he passed by a stereotypical dark alley, he caught a glimpse of three men staring each other down. Okay, just a typical, normal, non-magical mugging, no need to get- annnd two of them had fireballs. Taking off after them, Wyatt whistled to get their attention. “Yo!” He greeted cheerfully, waving at the demons. They looked back at him, momentarily stunned, before with a snap of his fingers they burst into flames. “Oh, that wasn’t subtle...” The twice-blessed groaned before checking on his would-be innocent. “Are you okay?”
