The man furrowed his eyebrows a bit, and he made a frown (well, more of a frown than he usually did), before taking a step closer to the other.
“Are you hurt?”
He had reached out a hand to the other out of concern, touching the other’s cheek for just a second, when he realised that this was not a Morty he was dealing with. He was actually not very used to Ricks... He pulled it back immediately.
“Pardon my forwardness. You know yourself best, if you feel f-fine, then yes, let us continue on to the clinic.”

Kenny was unlucky, this was not a secret to anybody who knew him. If anyone would get the short end of the stick, it was him. This time he had ended up in the weird scientist in the town over’s weird experiments, and he was accidentally sent to a big space station of some kind after falling through the man’s portal (because of course he did).
He had been wandering around for quite some time, trying to not stare too long at all the similar faces around him. Some of the young boys had commented on his appearance there, saying “Hey Rick, i-isn’t that Kenny from, uh, from South Park?”, and the old man next to the boy always replied with “D-d-don’t make eye contact with him Morty, that kid’s seen some shit”.
Eventually he found himself at the coffee shop, the Rick in there giving him a cocoa out of what he assumed was sympathy, and he had a seat with a little sigh.
That’s when he saw the sickly Rick sitting next to him. Leaning a little forward to have a look at him, he then reaches out a gloved hand and puts it on his arm; his trade mark way to comfort people.
