Oh, God. I feel so, so sick. My stomach is clenching, I feel a gag at the top of my throat, I'm dizzy, I'm so, so nauseous. My head hurts, my stomach hurts. And I have to use the bathroom, but if i move, I think I'll puke, and I'm embarrassed because my aide is here. Open to chat, call, etc.

I just did a bunch of nauseous breathing, spitting, acid in my throat, and quiet but hard gags. This is a second time since after the recording I just posted. Then, I leaned forward and almost vomited, but instead, I did a huge burp, ending in a gag, and felt just a tiny bit better- better enough to stop actively retching.
