Emily is definitely the imprint that we as readers know the most canon detail about from SM. I strongly believe that Emily is an ENFJ and anyone who disagrees can fIGHT ME.
Emily is charismatic. The pack contains many a strong will and strong personality, but Emily gets along with them as if they have been close friends for decades rather than a few months or years. She manages to be extraordinarily welcoming to any new members of the pack/imprints/interlopers in their world. Let us not forget how difficult that could be when her happiness and wellbeing is so tied to the pack - since the pack is her life. Having a new person around isn't just a small difference day-to-day. To have someone new around is to have a stranger invade every part of her life. To manage to be gracious and welcoming to all, even on days when she's tired, or not feeling well, or stressed out is a feat.
Emily is idealistic. I believe that she would have to be. Emily was the first person to experience being an imprintee. Remember that her perspective was that a man who, again, let us not forget was engaged to her cousin that she saw as a sister told her that he was deep in love with her and also could turn into a giant furry doggo. You would have to have some idealism and vision for the future to dive headfirst into this unexpected and unexplainable relationship and see a positive future for the two of you.
Emily is a persuasive talker. Emily is the defacto therapist for an entire group of awkward, hormone filled, impetuous teenage dog-men. And yet, she manages to deftly advise them on the best course of action for many of the problems that they face. She also manages to do this not by ordering them to do things like an angry parent, but by explaining her reasoning and walking the boys through her point of view.
Emily is organized. I mean you would have to be with all of those goofs running around your house. If you weren't you wouldn't even be able to function. Not to mention the organization that it would take to feed that group of teenagers (what sounds like daily in the canon) on a budget.
Emily values connections with people. This goes beyond her charisma. It's clear from every canon interaction that she has with any character that she genuinely has their best interest at heart whenever possible. It's clear that Emily genuinely values her ability to be a part of a community with members of the pack and others around her.
tl;dr: Emily is one of the best people to ever "join" the pack, and they should all be eternally grateful for the love and care that she has for the group, as well as the work she does to keep them fed and clothed.
