A Little Surprise || Tremily

Trusty grinned to himself as he made his way to Emily’s dorm. He’d almost memorized the path at this point, it was muscle memory. They’d been so happy over the past few months. Emily had gotten into NYU easily and they’d began their lives in the big city together, just as they’d hoped. There was rarely a day where they didn’t see each other, and it was bliss. They were both doing very well in school and everything seemed to be looking up. 

He rocked back and forth on his heels as he knocked on her door, almost giddy with excitement but determined to not show it yet. He’d spent the whole day apartment hunting, and he found the perfect place at a decent cost that was right between their two schools. It was perfect, he just hoped that she thought it was too. 

He smiled as she opened the door to her room, there wasn’t ever a day where he wasn’t astonished by her beauty. He leaned over and kissed her gently “Hey, love” He said, grinning down at her, reminding himself to play it cool. “So if you’re not too busy, I’ve got something I wanna show ya.” He said, biting his lip softly.
