Emily's Day Numero Uno;
Hello all! Emily here!
Signed up for Weight Watchers yesterday and Case and I made our pact last night to do this thing for real. So, after going to see Wolf of Wall Street and eating our last crazyyyyyy binge snack (2 scoops of ice cream, a cookie, and a coke (DONT JUDGE US)), it is on!
So to begin our food tracking!
This morning/early afternoon I had: 1 fuji apple (my fave!), sliced up cantaloupe, a light english muffin with my splurge for the morning: ONE PAD OF BUTTER, a cup of coffee with fat free half and half, and a dose of optimism to top it all off. :)
