To Thwart a Pirate’s Plan

5. (the hardest part to write): The beginning, actually. I knew what I wanted the fic to be about and I had a vague idea of how I wanted it to end but I had no clue how to actually start the damn thing. So, it took quite a bit of thinking to come up with the first part.

11. (what I like best about the fic): Princess Emma. I’ve only ever written modern aus for cs so that was my first time dabbling in Enchanted Forrest territory. I really enjoyed being able to write her as the infamous princess/badass we’ve all headcanoned her EF self to be, especially considering this was started only like a week after the unpleasantness of the wish-world and the total let down that was Emma’s character.

12. (what I like least about the fic): The length. Ik that’s kind of a copout but it’s the truth. Don’t get me wrong, I have plenty of little nitpicks when it comes to that fic but, given that it was a gift, I really wish I would have written more.

@flslp87 to be honest, it’s not really an issue of my muse. I have plenty of ideas. It’s more just frustration because I just feel... like I don’t get attention.

I know that’s not fair.  And I apologize.

Because I am very lucky and when I’m in a good headspace I can recognize that. But I really do struggle, becuse so often I just feel left out.
