Bigger is Better

Something about older women always had Matt just naturally attracted to them. His older sister was among this group of women. She would make occasional glances at him and he would feel as if she were luring him at times. Once on a Friday night, it was just him and her alone as their parents had gone out for the evening. He stuck to the living room with the television playing a long list of old horror movies.

You know what’s cooler than cool?  Used bookstore (all right all right all right all right).  It’s the weekend, and Peter doesn’t have to go to work, so of course he decides to go book shopping.  He’s buried deeply in the sci-fi section, walking along the shelves, totally zoned in on the books... and that’s how he misses her.  And proceeds to smash right into her.  Of course.  And fall over.  Cool.

“Um.” He looks up at her.  She’s tiny.  Awesome.  That makes him feel so much better about falling over.  “Sorry.”
