I know it’s technically past the 21st but I decided to celebrate Yule at the same time as Christmas (makes things easier). My altar isn’t decorated for Yule mainly because I’m lazy and forgetful but I think it looks pretty good to celebrate and acknowledge the Winter Solstice. Also I decided to honor any fairies passing by with candles, crystals, a shit ton of glitter, and a glass of wine 🥂

Moon offerings: Moon incense Moonstone quartz Clear quartz Red sandalwood, mugwort, and myrrh

I MEAN IT. Thank you to each of you! :) IT’S COMFORTING IN ITSELF knowing there are folks like you out there for me in tough times. When i brought up the matter with my family (indeed my mother in particular good god) all i got in return was that i was being “over-dramatic” and perhaps there’s a part of me that almost believed that despite everything & despite how terrified i was in the moment. It was, after all, in a way my fault that i found myself in the situation i got into but i know for certain that there’s simply no excuse for people like that jackass. 

i’m sure a lot of us went through this sort of shit at one point or another and we really shouldn’t fucking have to.
