French-language video for an upcoming educational project that pairs with recent Mental Health Awareness series of books being published at Emond by Stephanie Miloknay, MSW and myself. The goal of this series and now video series is to help first responder groups engage successfully with persons living with mental health issues. Also, a great deal of focus on self-care to prevent similar issues from occurring to first responders.
Helping professionals require help too.
Big thanks to Photohouse Studio for their videography talent on this project.
That's how Ink Demons are born
--------------------------------------------------
... more or less ... X'D It's kinda Emond's backstory? Okay, it's actually a big joke I came up with when I was over at Finnland visiting my hun :icondummyheart:, who showered me with gifts, most where Plushies and one was a squeaking Bendy Plush. He's so cute and cuddly I couldn't and still can't stop cuddling him, aaaaand while I was thinking about making CH and BATIM OC back then too this came into my mind and I finally got around to draw it X'D
One Cuphead and Bendy comin right up
------------------------------------------------------------
And here you guys get my two new bby boiz! X'D Lemme introduce you to TK, my Cuphead OC, and Emonds, my Bendy OC owo ... yeee I know, their designs are laaaame, I'm working on it, but it's difficult to design clothing for the two; so I just came up with a kinda Kingdom Hearts-like outfit for TK and Emond is a Bendy clone, yayz qwq Anyway! Atm their hanging out and livin together while I'm still working on them. Their p gud friends and Emond likes to tease TK alot X'D I like to call TK Cup's and Mug's german, big city cousin; cuz of his look and TK is short for 'Tassen Kopf', which is lietrally 'Cup Head' in german . Emond also likes to call him 'Tasse'. He's a hardworking and adventurous, but can get really hot headed when Emond teases him or is not getting up his lazy buttom. On the other end I like to call Emond bendy's unofficial son, both for his 'origin story' but also cuz of his design atm. His name is also kinda special; it's 'Demon', just the d is at the end, instead of the beginning. He's also bigger than Bendy and smaller than Boris, cuz duh. TK always calls him Em for short. Emond is a really laid back guy and takes everything not as serious, even when TK is yelling at him. ... so yee ... i really hope u like my new bbys owo;;

False Alarms: Examining the Misleading Claims About the State of Canadian Publishers
Earlier this month, Digital Book World posted an article chronicling the discussion of a conference copyright panel featuring Access Copyright counsel Erin Finlay (the article was promoted by Access Copyright). The article caught my attention due to Finlay’s comments about the impact of Canadian copyright on education publishers:
“Another example Finlay used was the case of Broadview Press, which…
