CONTROL YOUR EMOTION
Emotion can be our downfall.
Emotion can be our worst nightmare.
Emotion can be our worst enemy in life.
Emotions is a vital part in our every day lives. Many have died because of emotions. To get a hold on your emotions here are some of my tips.
Control your breathing - Emotions are a combination of cognition (thinking) and physical responses. Your brain reacts to physical stimuli first and then interprets them as emotions. For instance, when you are sad your physical action will move life you wanna be alone.
Don’t react right away - Reacting immediately to emotional triggers can be an immense mistake. It is guaranteed that you’ll say or do something you’ll later regret.
Pray - our faith is the our savior during our downfall. No matter what you believe in our own faith will make our emotions stable and solve obstacles quickly.
Negative thoughts should be gone - your negative thought will never help you it will just worsen your situation your emotional problem.
Think a happy thoughts - the more you think on the things that makes you happy the more you control your emotion. Thinking happy thoughts is like dipping yourself in a cold water.
Never let your emotion control you. You should control your emotion.
