This is the same thing you said before and it wasn’t true then either, lol. I’m doing no dairy, avoiding meat. I’ve had eggs like everyday for the last two weeks.

try putting a half teaspoon of sugar per egg and a dash or two of soy sauce. most notable is the fact that you can refrigerate this and eat it cold and it still tastes good
oh i should tell you about tempura if you're looking to indulge yourself a little you can fry some vegetables in a water and club soda batter make sure the club soda's almost frozen then make a batter that's thick enough to stick to the veggies, make sure the veggies are super dry and don't use anything that has a really soggy component unless you cut out the soggy part first like tomatoes or cucumber
you can put basically anything in tempura batter and fry it
