Is totally unsure of what to say, apologies aren't his thing. But, the urge to fidget was reigned in, instead him, sighing. "I...apologize for my earlier actions, lieutenant. I allowed my own feelings for Lorna to steer my thoughts, and wish for you to know that i do not truly wish to see harm come to you. Obviously, a simple apology may be inadequate to redeem myself in your eyes, but it is the best i can do."

She listened as he explained his reasons but the frown on her face never once left. "Hmm. I suppose I may have been a little harsh when I called you a 'thing' but that still doesn't excuse the shit you pulled. How dare you threaten me? I am Lorna's lieutenant.

Do you even know what that means? Why would I even wish my subordinate any harm?! You may be her boyfriend now but you must never forget. I've known her longer than you have and you have no excuse for what you said. No excuse whatsoever."

His footsteps were quiet, almost like rain falling upon the earth. The halls may have echoed, but even they did not make a sound as he went through them. There was no point to his wandering, other than being free with his thoughts. Gin was quite closed off from them, seeing as he had to deal with Aizen on a daily basis.

Gin walked onward, lost in his own little world. It wasn't until he rounded a corner that he woke from the daze. The fox had almost run into Ulquiorra, and stumbled to the side in an attempt to avoid a collision. He recomposed himself, using the wall as a support as he stood there.

The grin was gone, for he was a bit out of sorts at the moment, and did the most uncharacteristic thing. He mumbled a soft apology.

Taming the Demon || emptiness-incarnate

The demon struggled to raise himself from the watery haze in his mind. His red eyes swam as he attempted to focus, and his head lolled to the side. Shuuhei made a small noise, the sound half a hiss and half a whine. He was confused, and he hated it when he couldn't understand what was going on or what was about to. As he sat up, he only grew more agitated. There was a warm chained collar wrapped around his throat, and as he followed it, he seen that it was attached to a clip at the head of the bed. He made an attempt to go for it, growling lowly, but his weak arms gave out on him, and he rolled onto the bed.

There was another chain wrapped around his right wrist, and he tugged at it in irritation. The demon grew pissed, even though his body wasn't allowing him to move. A hiss left his throat, and he shuffled to the end of the bed, the chain going taut on his throat. Shuuhei hated it when he didn't have his freedom, and this was making him so angry that he could taste it. Nearly writhering on bed, he didn't snap out of the anger until a door suddenly opened. His head whipped to the side, and red eyes glared in the strangers direction. That's also when his body began to burn.

The New Student ||emptiness-incarnate

Shuuhei sat in silence as the teacher continued talking in front of the class. He was bored, his grey eyes slipping lazily to the side to gaze out the window. The clouds drifted by slowly, and it was a nice day out. Sunlight danced along the ground from the swaying leaves. He tapped his pencil against his notebook, chin resting in his palm. It was so nice. The brunette wished he could be out there, wandering around the city or just soaking up the sunlight. That would happen by the end of the week, for it was almost summer break. But for now, he was trapped in the air conditioned classroom.

He almost completely missed the suddenly hushing of the teacher. Shuuhei was so far into thought that he almost didn't see the shifting from the corner of his eye. The student looked over, dropping his hand and stopping his tapping. There was another teacher hovering in the doorway, a strange student at their side. That's odd. A new student, now of all times? He continued to watch them, growing a little self-conscious as they made eye contact.
