Unfortunately currently stewing in a mixture of problems that are small but knocking me down a little:

1) should not have weighed myself this morning, not only because the accuracy of the scales can't be any good considering where they are placed, but also because there was no way I was going to like what I saw, and as could have been expected, the number has been haunting me all day.

2) my knee hurts really quite a lot in a way that worries me, but I can't tell if it is the psychological toll of the knee trauma in the past (anxiety), or An Actual Problem that I should talk to a medical professional about.

3) should shower but can't seem to get myself out of this chair.

4) every day I feel like an unattractive creature and then contemplate seeking reassurance from people that this is not the case. And then I don't.

5) am I vitamin D deficient again? Why must I be so bad at taking those damn pills?

Lately, I have had to remind myself on a daily basis that losing weight is not necessary, will not help my confidence, will not make me a better runner or human, will probably not make more people find me attractive (and if it would, no chance I would notice)

And I am getting tired of it :")
