I have the hc Ena used to feel a bit insecure about her sexuality, but overcompensated with thinking "it doesn't matter, i am what i am". It gets solved during Ena5 when she's yearning for Mizuki so much and she even feels guilty for feeling this way when Mizuki is feeling so bad, but at the same she decides she will look for her and won't give up, she sorts out that if these feelings can be as intense and genuine as hers are, there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. She confirms this when trying to convince Mizuki to stay with her works out and she embraces the joy she's feeling for having the girl she loves back
