Album review: “Cast to Exile“ by Enblood via Abyssal Noise
This year is a strong year for metal music. In my opinion even stronger than 2017. Which held a lot of powerful releases like Analepsy Blackwater and Carnal Decay. And this year's selection is just as powerful if not more. And this year's selection is just as powerful if not more.
Today we are going to take a look at Enblood and their new release "Cast To Exile". A brutal and technical piece that lays down the law on its respective position in the metal world.
We start out with an intro piece "Pantheon of Solitude" giving a dark feeling to the surrounding area. Preparing you for what's to come.
Coming in after the intro is "Cast To Exile" the single released prior to the album release and an excellent starting point. It comes in hard, heavy and relentless instrumentation that just don't stop. Following with vocals that will rip your soul from your body. Followed by we have "Earth Raised Creation". Comes in with a more melodic/thrash setup in guitars but maintaining an incredible brutal feel on drums. The song then takes a technical feel when the vocals kick in and destroy everything in their path.
"Oblivious Hate" right after with a strong bass intro piece and guitar complimenting the bass very well. Slowly developing into an even greater onslaught than you could expect from its progressive style intro. Up next with my personal favorite track "Strayed Path In Dementia" coming in with a dark and sinister bass line. And it wastes no time. With everything coming in right behind it, it lays a path to complete insanity!
I'll leave the rest of the tracks a mystery, I don't want to spoil all of the fun of listening to a new and amazing piece. Bottomline- this album is intensity incarnate! You'll never want this album to end, and you'll be jamming this for times to come. Whether you're in it for the sick riffs, the brutal destruction or the technical prowess. This album is a must-have! Rating: 9/10

Blistering, punishing and striking technical death metal, by Enblood. You my find it not as original as it received acclimation but its perfect production and stellar musicianship are the two main factors which gave this album an enormous value. You cannot miss this amazing album these youngsters have recorded. Highly recommended.
