Round 1 B + Correction
So, first things first: Sailor Uranus is no longer in the running. Turns out she's not non-binary after all, the Wikipedia list I consulted was simply wrong. I don't watch Sailor Moon but I should've probably consulted more than one source. Oh well, mistakes happen.
As a replacement, thanks to a suggestion by @iknaenmal and @coulditbehomestuck we will have Davepeta in the running! I will not include the animated sprite however, that thing is making me feel ill and i'm not even epileptic.
