Season One - Episode Three

Favorite Character: Oluwande. He's so protective of Jim, it's adorable.

Least Favorite Character: Whatever the bartender's name is. He betrayed them to the Spanish army.

Favorite Bits: Honestly whenever Lucius drinks the juice from the nose jar and can't stop gagging. Very relatable.

Least Favorite Bits: God I don't knowww, it's all so good.

Theories: Blackbeard's gonna be badass as fuck isn't he

Overall: Love it love it love it. I need to go eat something.

Season One - Episode Two

Favorite Character: It's a tie between Stede and Oluwande. They're both adorable.

Least Favorite Character: We'll be consistent and stick with Black Pete. I don't know the new pirates well enough yet to decide.

Favorite Bits: The whole episode was so good, and I love the mix of modernism while still staying in time-period. That's the best I can explain that right now. My favorite actual scene was the beginning when Black Pete was describing Blackbeard's attack on the first ship, because his visual of Blackbeard reminded me delightfully of Sauron. Also the whole little bit between Lucius and Jim, I thought that was funny.

Least Favorite Bits: The whole thing is so gooood I don't know. I dislike the English captain's 'ghost', he's so fucking mean.

Theories: Oluwande is in love with Jim but it never turns romantic.

Overall: This absolutely one of my favorite shows.

Season One - Episode One

My soul is bleeding out of my vagina so this probably won't be long or overly detailed, but I've heard that this is a pretty fluffy show and I needed a pretty fluffy show.

Favorite Character: Probably Stede so far. He's awkwardly charming, and adorable, and actually his backstory is so sad. It's a flip-flop of emotions with this show, not to mention my current hormones. I also like Buttons because he's loyal and his accent is very prominent.

Least Favorite Character: Black Pete. Lord, his voice is annoying, and if he wants to go be pirating, he can go do it somewhere he won't get paid, fed, and read to with all the voices.

Favorite bits: It's absolutely hilarious. I've watched a half hour of it and it's made me full-belly laugh at least twice. Also, the music is very nice- the crew member that sings, he has a very pleasing voice. Also as I said before, it's a flip-flop of emotions; it's a very well-balanced mixed of funny and sad. Also, I'm assuming it was on purpose because I don't see how it couldn't be, but I love that they're on the pirate ship Revenge.

Least Favorite Bits: How when the British Captain came aboard and tried to gaslight Stede into thinking that all the bullying they did to him was actually 'initiation'. I've had people do that to me- it's not fun and it's really, really mean.

Theories: Something's up with Jim. Either he's a she or a they, or was once, and that's very interesting.

Overall: I love it. It is now on my list of favorite shows.
