So I honestly have no problem with everyone saying Mariano is a himbo. I love himbos, characters who are are always likable, fun to watch and very relatable but I personally don't think Mariano is a himbo. He is definitely nice and he is definitely strong but I don't think there's any scene where he acts stupid or dumb. When Dolores is describing him telling him what she likes about him she says

You talk so loud. You take care of your mother and you make her proud. You write your own poetry every night when you go to sleep.

Honestly the words make it seem like she veiws him as emotionally intelligent. I just don't really understand, that's all. But again, I don't take issue with it.
