My Lord, I'd be grateful if you sent someone to check the house before the Ministry does, and yes, please feel to store Dark artifacts here. I should warn you, though, that last night an intruder (the last owner, I suspect) breached my wards and broke into the house, and I only just managed to catch him running into one of the endless-looking corridors. When I could no longer see him in the distance, the corridor began to contract and shrink to a point until it disappeared. Oops.

Wait - the previous owner is now in there? Sigh. How annoying. You'll have to evict him first. I shall have to come investigate myself - expect me in about an hour with a couple of Death Eaters. Be prepared to enter these corridors.
