OKAY so my Enchanted tag corresponds to something I call Housefires and it’s a working title really… In short, it’s a Beauty and the Beast adaptation. I watched the 2014 movie (the French one) saw people saying it was more true to the ORIGINAL fairy tale, read up on THAT one, and decided I wanted to make my own version of it. Just gayer. With lesbians. just PLATONIC (which Kalla ruined about a chapter ago way to go with the sexual tension girl where did that even come from??)
Kalla’s insecurity she got from me, and her subbornness Aaron’s got his curiosity and (hopefully) kindness from me, and I like to think he also inherited my tendency to try and look on the bright side of thing. Also his people shyness, that too. Hawthorn has the more negative aspects of me. He means well, but he doesn’t listen to what’s around him and fucks up. He is me in my darker moments, which is simultaneously sad and scary sometimes.
With Kalla it really depends on the moment, but the general rule of thumb is she uses her head to assess the situation, and consider all the options. The actual choice is made with her heart, but it is thought through mostly.Aaron is definitely his heartAnd Hawthorn listens too much to his head and not enough to his heart

And yeah sure Aaron has been locked in the manor all his life believing he straight up murdered his parents (dammit Hawthorn) but he is taking it rather well actually. Maybe he has a little anxiety concerning people but that is only logical, he is never around them and he gets worried what might happen if he can’t control the magic inside of him. It is Hawthorn that never got over their deaths.As for physical ailments, unless you count the curse altering Aaron’s appearance then no, he doesn’t have any. Hawthorn does have a slight limp from a hunting injury from years ago, but it only shows itself if he doesn’t rest it every now and again (which he does, until the house burns down and he technically becomes homeless that is)Kalla has got neither (at least that I know of)
