Cynops cyranurus - 10 Gallon Tank

Also cleaned their tank too since they are on the same plan as the rest of my tanks.  Pretty happy that the cycling has gone well and not having algae issues that I had with the other tank.  They still are settling in from what I can tell but they have eaten for me and even laying eggs too, signs of newts that are going fine.  I’m also digging the new decorations I got and finally happy I have my new filter for them.

Theme for this tank is “fossils and ruins” and the newts all have been named.  Went with a friend suggestion of naming them after our seasons: Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer as their names.

Where did you buy your reptile supplies???? I have a half log and I HATE IT. the worms temp to eat it and it makes Fawkes belly all black like from it chipping. For his new tank I would like ideas on what to do! Its a 4 foot by 2 foot wide by 4 foot tall PLENTY of room for him to finally be ACTIVE. any help is very appreciated!!!
