Seriously, these young people four years ago were complaining about the lack of an education. Suddenly, on a subject never taught in Western schools, you are an expert? If a Canadian citizen tried to go to the USA without being talked to/ inspected by the border patrol, that Canadian has illegally entered the country and usually this is followed by deportation. Border patrol have every right to even tear apart your car and even look through your cellphone including pictures. Not showing them or refusing any type of search is also illegal.
With that said...
Greta Thunberg and her friends were trying to avoid customs for the country they have to enter through, therefore entering the country illegally and people are outraged she was detained and sent home. Her government told her not to leave that "Palestine in a no travel location and has been for over a decade" when she left. She knew she would get caught, if she didn't plan on doing anything other than to use this to defame the IDF and try to shake credibility, she is a complete idiot that would have been taken hostage by Hamas and sold into slavery, I guarantee it. That aid would not have made it to anyone who actually needed it.
This was all a stunt from the beginning and people and so ignorant they are holding Israel to higher standards than any other country in the world. Why are you not as mad about Russia? Huh?
