A while back, I decided to make my own interpretation of an Endermen! (Edits for clarity)

Endermen are perpetually stooped, and have long, dragging appendages. Some speculate their unusually long arms and fingers help them forage and consume Chorus fruit (yet to be confirmed). Being from a realm of perpetual darkness, the Endermen’s most notable feature is their bulging, purple eyes.
The body is taught, lean, and hairless (aside from the wisps on their head). Although they are curiously veiny, there is no blood, rather, they are hollow like woodwinds. Some believe that these hollow passages are how they produce clicks and chirps for communication. Upon autopsy, their cavity is hollow, aside from an “Ender Pearl”. These objects are believed to power their being, somehow.
The Endermen’s disposition is that of perpetual anxiety and meekness. They avoid interaction, especially eye contact, preferring to be passive observers. However in extreme or threatening circumstances, an Enderman will react dramatically.
This process starts by a single, violent vacuum created by sucking in air. The force is so powerful that the throat is collapsed and pulled through their mouths. Their jaw dislocates to accommodate the stretch, and their eyes bulge from the pressure. The lips will also flip over their snouts to bare needle like teeth.
Due to the distortion of their neck and throat, the Endermen’s body is pulled ramrod straight. The shoulder blades cinch, the chest is puffed out, and their arms stick out rigidly. In most cases, the Enderman will use its arms to slash at its offender. Furthmore, the constant vacuum creates an ungodly cacophony. All in all, this makes for an imposing sight.
But with all that said, this display is not only painful to perform for long periods of time, but it’s also distressing to their psyche. Therefore, they do everything in their power to get the situation over with.
