Watched the Aimsey finale and. Ough. I could talk about the story but that would take collecting my thoughts a lot more than they are rn, so I just want to talk about the film making of it.

The tension created by the lantern being replaced when bloom woke up. The shots of him walking down the long tunnel as she talks. The uncomfortably long shot of the tower. The slow understanding of what the slanted shot was meant to represent.

Aimsey's house being cracked and overgrown and cluttered and that being good because it shows that bloom has finally found a home
