4♥️ - What are your muse’s thoughts on starting/raising a family?

When Mitexi was younger (and also in many of her verses now), she never really wanted a family. Her own family life had always been poor and uncomfortable at best, so she couldn’t think of a reason that would make sense for her to have a family.Later on, she starts to want children but she’s also terrified of becoming her father and pushing her children into a life they didn’t want, along with passing the demon curse on. I think a part of the reason Astin struggled is because Mitexi hesitated on always being there for him (don’t misunderstand, I don’t think she was neglectful nor is it her fault) but I think she thought she was doing the right thing by not always being there and telling him how to act.

J♠️ - Who would your muse most likely end up in jail with?Honestly, in their verse, probably Elliot. For something vaguely stupid that either she did for Elliot’s sake or because she was letting off steam and then he did it with her so she wouldn’t go to jail alone. Leo bails them out. There’s a lot of sighing and eye-rolling.

K♠️ - What is one thing your muse considers a grave injustice?

Any removal of the eye - that’s... a big no-no in her book. It brings up too many bad memories and such.

A single note on the piano is heard in the music room. Then another. Very slow, single notes were being played. It almost seemed sad to keep hitting a key one by one. It was difficult to even play any kind of song with one hand after all. The piano is one of the few things that made Leo happy. It made him forget about the bad times, and feel at peace besides reading. However, in this state... it was something a little harder to cope with. Unable to play the piano to his heart’s content was... frustrating.

‘Why am I even doing this. Just because I’m back as myself doesn’t mean things can go back to the way they were. I’m glad for that, but also frustrated.’ Each thought was hit with a lower key then before. ‘What can I even do about this... the one thing I enjoy the most... feels like it’s impossible.’

Trips back into Reiville were an uncommon treat for the Lutwidge students; well, whichever students signed up for them first and got the spots available, the entire school well couldn't be going into town at the same time, plus not all students would want to go either. This time however Ada had been one of them, as the need for a new occult book had been on her mind since she found out that a new book on the history of the Abyss just got published.

But unfortunately for Ada, the bookstore that she got a majority of her occult books on was on the far side of Reiville, away from where the carriages dropped off and would pick up their students. And a side trip to get some treats for her cats and some more stationary to write letters to her uncle for on the way back from the bookstore meant Ada was running back to the remaining one. All students needed to be back to Lutwidge by six so they would not miss when dinner was served and certainly would be back in time for light's out. Hopefully the dormitory advisor wouldn't scold her too much for being so tardy, as the prefect she was supposed to be setting examples for the underclassmen; punctuality was one of them.

But there was still one carriage left, it'd take her and whichever other student was also running behind. Slightly out of breath as she climbed inside and set her purchases down beside her, Ada smoothed out her hair that got slightly displaced from the running. She was where she needed to be, she'd be back at Lutwidge within an hour. All she could do now was wait for the last remaining student and catch her breath.
