My name is Elaine and American Exteriors did my windows. They did them in February. From the time that the representative came out to place the order to the time that they measured and installed was a very reasonable time. The young man that came out, there were two of them, to install the windows -- they were very professional and to me they were quick and I have no problem with the way they installed the windows. They did it very well and I could tell the difference right away, in the drafts in the windows, it's just not there that we had before. The ventilation in the house now in the summertime is much better. The house stays cooler and I notice that even in the short time that I had them during the winter and even now the house is warmer. Satisfaction From An American Exteriors Homeowner

The satisfaction of our American Exteriors homeowners is one that we take great pride in. Working for the improvement of the energy efficiency of a home as well as the aesthetics of a home have been our objective since American Exteriors began over 25 years ago.

We are extremely satisfied with our new windows from American Exteriors.

The exterior of the house looks clean and crisp, the windows appear bigger than the original 1950’s single –pane aluminum French-style windows that opened with a hand crank. The view from the inside of the house is so much nicer without the obstructions of the metal framework.

Our windows were very drafty. The condensation from the cold temperatures in the winter left pools of water on the window sills. We are positive this won’t be the case anymore and are looking forward to the savings in our heating bill. We’ve already noticed a difference in this unusually hot summer that our house is staying cool without having to turn the thermostat below 74 degrees.

Our old kitchen window was next to impossible to open. We can now open it with just a slide to the side and it’s so nice to look out a clean window without the view being obstructed by the old standard window frame.

Our installer was very friendly and got the job done in the time he said he would.

We had half of our windows replaced at this installation. We are looking forward to getting the rest replaced in the near future.
