How would one truly know whether they're empathic, and how would you develop that strength? I've also always seemed to make technology fail around me prematurely, cell phones and music apparatus just die. No more life at all. Computers too. Am I emitting something strong without knowledge? I had an ex once friend tell me I amplify and purify energy, can I test this theory and develop it as well? Very excited to be a part of this.
There are certain things that just let you know that you’re an empath. Empaths usually have such sensitivity to other humans, to their emotions and their energies. I’ve heard empaths say that they can sit in a seat that someone just got up from and feel their energy. Or simple things, like someone randomly comes to your mind all day and you don’t know why, and the next day you hear something about them - maybe they’re looking for your phone number, or they passed away, or something. Or you can feel the sadness of a person who is doing a great job at pretending to be fine.
As for developing your strength, black tourmaline is a great stone for empaths. Clear quartz as well. Practice on people. Practice reading people’s energies. After someone gets up from a chair or after they let go of something they’ve been holding, sit in the chair or hold on to the thing. Close your eyes and pay attention to the visions/feelings that you get from it. You’re tapping into the person’s energy. Meditate as much as you can. Meditation helps to center your self, and once you center the self it will be easier for you to make use of your ability and increase your sensitivity and discernment of other people’s energy.
About the technology: that is so amazing! Your frequency is messing with the frequencies of the technology, which means your vibrations are really strong. I’m not sure how you can test/develop this theory without doing what you’ve already done, which is to use technology and test how it reacts to you. To develop it, keep raising your frequency. Keep meditating, keep living in a more positive mindset, keep dwelling in the present moment. I’m excited for you!
