Something stands, an obstacle, between her and the books they’ve planned to STEAL. Two sisters, of different misters, on a mission for knowledge... or perhaps that’s the glorious calling that they’ve assigned their shenanigans together, because whom else would enjoy a little late night sneaking about more than Emmeline and Marlene? They’re troublemakers, the two of them together, the devil made woman... a better discovery within which each other than it was for some errant soul. With fingers in curled blonde hair, blue eyes dart towards the other girl, the pair illuminated within their truest nature. Smirks left alight upon their lips.
It’s a laugh and a lark, light footsteps tapping through the halls, its feet on flagstone as she darks from the tower, from the common rooms of their house. No prisoners to be held, as her robes are left behind, left, with a wand well ARMED within the loop of her skirts. “Late night snackage, or no?” it’s a trick question of course, as Marlene’s pretty features flash within the light seen in a slice from the window. Stage whispers meant to carry, but not to be heard, not by outsiders, not those that desire to join in on plans that they ought not to.
They’re the daughters of witches and warlocks, in a school meant to bring them up to be the finest. Instead they’re learning how to thieve and sneak, to creep and crawl... and it’s all for the best isn’t it? The boys have their fun, but it’s all a bullshit club where they’ve been excluded... for now. But GIRLS KNOW HOW TO HAVE FUN TOO, and Marlene’s hand reaches out to hold Emmeline’s own, as she drags her friend down a side hallway she’s found, as she tugs her towards a back entrance a lovely little house elf whispered of. “Did you bring the stuff?”
