She knows why he was staring at her.
Despite what Vulcans may consider or murmur in regards to her name, Aella is not completely inept, and though telepathy is not a talent she has, his gaze speaks volumes alone. He admits to his main emotion: curiosity. It is better, she considers, than what she senses from many others.
Apprehension. Concern. Jealousy.
“Sir,” she says, for he is, of course, her superior. “You did not disturb me.” Not that she would admit if he did. “I am honored to officially make your acquaintance, commander.”
