Sarah Jones: What does the future hold? 11 characters offer quirky answers
In her hilariously lively performance, actress Sarah Jones creates many different characters to answer 11 questions about the future: an elderly Jewish woman, Gary Weaselhead –an activist, and a professional stand-up comedian, Nereida – a fast-talking Dominican college student, an outspoken police office, and more, giving TED2009 just a sample of her spectacular character range.

TVD wait
Wish the vampire diaries was on every night like a soap does, hate waiting weeks for a bloody episode
Greetings!
Hello mates,
Welcome to my tumblr. Well, as you can see in my description box, I already told you that this blog may contains a lot of random and boring things that happen in my life.
Now I'm gonna introduce myself. My name it's Putri, 23 years old, I live in Jakarta, Indonesia. I Currently work as a business analyst in one of the biggest manufacturing company in Indonesia.
I have a great life, nice job and lots of awesome friends. But lately, I found myself thinking, what have I done in this 23 years? *yes it's a bit heavy topic, wasn't it?*.
Then I asked myself, what do I want to achieve in next 5 years, I wanted to have those living-on-my-own experience kinda thing and I also wanted to get my master degree. So, it's heading to one new life goal : Get my master degree abroad.
I realised that I haven't been stayed in another place for a long time. I never had any experiences living in another country or even city for more than 3 months. The only time I experienced it is when I had to work in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, for about 2 months. Basically, that time, I didn't live on my own. I stayed with my mom's best friend back then, and it was counted as living with family, right?
For those master degree thing, now I have been worked on a really good manufacturing company with a good salary and everything. But my long-term goal is to work on an oil company, and nowadays some of the biggest oil companies is little less attracted to people who had graduated from Indonesian's private university, unless they had some experiences in oil industry, in which I'm not. I was just thinking, maybe if I had my master degree, from reputable university abroad, it will help me get that goal.
The main obstacle that I faced now, is my English skill. I rarely use English in my daily life because my current environment didn't require me to use English in any occasion. So I think, making this blog and use English as a basic language while writing here will make me get used to write in English again. Pardon of my grammar though, I know I've been using it wrong here and there, but at least, I'm trying :)
That's all my greetings. Quite long, huh? I didn't expect to have someone reading it though LOL
Okay then, cheers!
