this is Engracía, of House Vizcarra. She's the eldest daughter of Marquis and Marchioness Vizcarra. Most importantly, she is Viola's lady-in-waiting and has been for years. They were introduced quite young to each other so they're basically best friends.

Everything changes when Doflamingo takes over Dressrosa. Engracía was one of the first people to be turned into toys, following Kyros, successfully isolating Viola to pressure her into joining the Donquixote Pirates.

What have you learned about communication after studying the different models?

- I learned many things about communication like communication can be made with every models and it depends on the message that the sender wants to deliver to the receiver and now i know the meaning of communication and the 5 Basic Elements of Communication and the models of communication. Communication is very important to us so that we can communicate to others and send information.
