 By this point, all Woobin could do was shake his head at her almost disapprovingly. If she wanted to play catch that bad, she could have, at the very least, caught the ball with her hands and not he eye. Opening the emergency kit they had on hand, he broke the seal on the cold compress and handed it to her. He would have tossed it, but then she might have caught it with her eye.

She had a sharp tongue, retorts as jagged as a dagger and words like stinging venom. She was headstrong and persistent in the presence of competition, and when Daegil dared tell her wrong, their tempers came crashing together.

But it did not bother him because Kazumi did not bend to any person, her personality furiously brazen and undeniably powerful. She had seen the world at its worst and had experienced things far too gruesome to be said, and her anger in this injustice fueled her flames. And he wanted to burn in them, and perhaps feel them wane if only temporarily.

Reaching over, his hands cupped her face, and stepping in to close the last inch, Daegil brought their lips together. Quickly, her words were swallowed and lost, and whatever argument they’d lost themselves in crumbled apart. At first, it was hesitant - exploring, curious, unsure - but the man rediscovered his courage, and once he had, it was doomed to strengthen. Insistent, he fell for her, moving his lips until she willed herself to do the same. 

He tasted of cigarettes and alcohol, a smoky hit that shocked her senses. And she— She… Daegil drank it in, a subtle sweetness almost lost in the sharp bite of cynicism. He kissed and he consumed it all, their distance lost and their bodies too close. His thumbs grazed her cheekbones and he dared himself to part his lips, to insist on escalation, to taste a bit more.  

Just a bit more. And when Kazumi approved of his request, she noticed that the slide of his tongue against hers was almost too jarring a change. Different, so different… They shared in frantic breaths and hungry desire, air caught in lungs and stinging their chests. It hurt and it ached, and, dammit, it was just right. Just right. The taste of her, the heat of her, the wet slide of her tongue and the hurried patters of her heart…

It was exactly what he wanted, to burn down before her, weak and hopeless.

Because she never lost, not to anyone.

"What'd you expect fairies to do?" The young girl asked with her face cupped by her own hands as she sat across from him at the small table in the Sweet Memories Cafe where he regularly went.

Though he had never seen the girl before and she was interrupting his cup of tea and reading he closed his book, placing it on the table, trying to figure out how to amuse the woman.

"Spells? Magic?" He replied, though unsure of his answer, as he lifted the small cup to his lips so they could curl around the edge of the glass, sipping the hot beverage.

             —{ℬ}—The outburst from the girl made him divert his eyes from his phone to look up at her with a raised eyebrow.

Opinion on;

Character in general: Kazumi, oh lovely Kazumi. You know we originally attempted to have a boy twin for Kiyo, but you managed to sway me with your ideas & the chemistry of sisterly bond. I think it's really refreshing to see how comical she can be when there is so many things going on in their lives. Kiyo is always somewhat serious, while Kazu always attempts to lift the mood with her self confidence, which I love seeing when she interacts with other muses. It's not even the Kiyo & Kazu relationship that I love seeing - Kazu interacting with the other muses just.. It's so well done. The bickering, the worry, the confidence - seriously. 

How they play them: Can we just take a moment to talk about her writing for a moment? The fucking poetry & Shakespearean writing that I really try to learn & fail? Her writing really breathes air to Kazu. The words she uses, the specific description - it really adds to her personality. And the format; god, I love that so much, too. Keep it up, bae. 

The Mun: She's so sweet. She's always opened to new ideas. It was actually her that approached me saying that she wanted to make Kazu for me and because I looked up to her a lot, I just took it right away.. = u = b

Overall Opinion: Talk to Kazu, talk to the mun. Do everything with them. They are just absolute sweethearts that will embrace you with open arms. But take note that if you dare to hurt Kazu, Kiyo will be coming after you with guns & knives. = n =
