“Where is God in all of this?”

Enkindle is a retreat I served in that made me realize a lot of things. It gave me the opportunity to learn more about God and myself. It gave me hope to be a better person. 

I was part of the skit team and to be honest, this where I realized that the Lord would take me back even if I was away from Him, far away. He showed me the love I’ve been looking for. The never ending love He has for all of us. He gave me strength to carry on and courage to face my fears. 

It wasn’t an accident that I was in that retreat, it was God’s plan to put me there and share my journey with the almighty Father. From there it grew and grew and now I don’t know how I’ll be sane if I lost my faith. 

They said that knowing God is only to keep us sane, but why put only if this is true. God kept me sane and saved me from all the disasters that has happened. He showed me how not to worry with the all the problems I have and just lay it down on Him. He showed me what true love is. The Agape way. 

Thank you CYA for bringing me closer to God and for giving me an opportunity to have a relationship with Him.
