I thought I was going back home to SF tonight but I‘ve decided I’m not quite done here just yet. There is so much more to discover about this city. There is so much more to discover about myself.
This experience made me look back at my past when this gift of independence and this ability to make things happen were just a couple of prayers I said every night. And now.. oh man! I’m living it, I’m feeling it, and for that, I’m so so grateful.
I‘ve come to learn to build my life around flexibility. And I have to say, it didn‘t happen overnight. Because I know that even though some plans may do come to fruition, some may disappear into the dust. You know ---things, places, and people. You have to allow them to let the magic in your life, to bask in the moment of glory they bring about, and to release them out to the universe. And believe that later on, when you look back at your experiences, you will realize, they all made you who you are. Resilience, babe.
