Ennead comic headcanons, character voices edition:
Seth’s voice is a distinct alto, with enough vocal fry to rival any LA influencer. Raspy, like sand crackling underfoot.
Horus’s voice is a quiet tenor, naturally deep like his daddy but gentler around the edges. Patient, measured. Sounds like he would have an unexpectedly lovely singing voice.
Osiris’s voice is melt in your mouth dark chocolate, smooth as silk over naked skin. I’m talking Ralph Fiennes as Ramses in the Prince of Egypt, guys.
Ra’s voice is sharp and nasal, with a fabulous witchy cackle of a laugh. Despite being a big woman, I think she has a higher pitched voice than one would expect.
Anubis (adult) has a whispery voice, alto, speaks in clipped brief cadence.
Nephthys has a sad, sleepy high pitched voice with an upswing.
Maat has an assertive alto voice with almost monotone delivery and flat affect.
Thoth, on the other hand, has a higher pitched voice than his beloved and speaks in a bubbly, fast-thinking way.
