It is a question that has been discussed many times before. No matter any of the discussions, because never has there been an answer. Now for the first time is it presented here: the final answer on who we should call the heir of Barks:
As it was to maybe be expected, it was one of the most popular of them all, the Dutch artist and writer Daan Jippes. Jippes is especially known amongst Barksists as having redrawn the Junior Woodchucks stories that Barks wrote during his time at Western Publishing, but were then drawn by other artists who were usually not as great as him.
