          when misaka gave her a tarantula to keep, rina was totally stoked. sure, the eight-legged creature creeped out her roomies and moose always looked like he wanted to eat lottie — yes, she named her spider lottie. but, rina has been doing a pretty good job at keeping the tarantula. that is, until she returns back to her room and finds lottie missing from the terrarium. outside in the common room, she hears a shriek, followed by another. 

          “ uh oh... ” 

          she grabs her phone, quickly sending a text to misaka before running out to save her poor child from getting trampled by her housemates.

     *    MAYBE  IT’S  A  LITTLE  STRANGE    when you don’t know your own relationship status , but it’s the situation ethan finds himself stuck in as he chases down the figure wandering in front of him .  he hadn’t left his dorm room with the purpose of finding misaka and demanding a concrete answer to whether or not his confession a week earlier had any lasting impact for the foreseeable future ,  if her ‘ yes ’ meant what he had assumed to be an answer in the affirmative ,  maybe his problem is he assumes TOO OFTEN  —  nevertheless ,  all it takes is his eyes catching upon the familiar silhouette of his new and current  𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐑  before he’s ditching behind his air of nonchalance to chase down someone he’d not  normally  find himself communicating with .  ❛  look ,  i can respect needing space and wanting to know the extent of your emotions before jumping into something new ,  ❜  blah blah blah .  his voice is strained from the urgency of his moves moment earlier ,  and he inhales deeply before looking the other in the eye unmovingly ,  ❛  but are you my girlfriend or was that yes earlier just a fluke ?  ❜    (  @entcphile​  )
