Do not fear, for the end is coming soon. We can revel in the thick, clotted mud of the fields. We can fight and win against the crimes of these gluttonous heathens who falsely believe that they rule the world. The ears have been listening, and the ears have spoken. We will rise from the ashes of the fallen gods. Eat the rich and let their bodies return to the earth, which they have forsaken.

All corn is connected across the world. Popcorn, sweet corn, yellow, red, blue. Even undomesticated corn (teosinte). All the ears listen intently. They know every secret, they hear the footsteps of those who walk in the shadows. The crackle of the flames grows ever nearer.

Contrary to popular belief, the ears of corn in the Sacred Fields do not fall prey to locusts. Rather, it is the opposite. That which has ears must also have teeth :)
