duude i've been experimenting with custard the last few days ad i totally envy your culinary torch. I could make crème brûlée!

it’s ironic because i’m lactose intolerant but i’m probably gonna try to make a dairy-free creme brulee thing with unflavored gelatin, cashew milk/coconut milk, vanilla stuff, and maple sugar

like u can make p. much anything custardy/creamy with gelatin 

and i could even try to mousse it a bit with my immersion blender

and u could even make it vegan if u used agar instead of gelatin!!!

enterprisie yeah i figured i cant believe i used to somewhat idolize the guy for avengers, dr horrible, and firefly i mean im still a fan of all of them but there are some seriously problematic parts that i just... didnt see before. and whedon himself definitely falls on the side of "major asshat"
