The D.C. Dyke March Won't Let Me Fly the Jewish Pride Flag - Tablet Magazine

I heard the D.C. Dyke March was back after a twelve-year hiatus via a Facebook post.  The march started in Washington, D.C. in the early 90s

This is UNNACEPTABLE. Expressing Jewish pride is not the same as expressing support for Israel. Banning items with the Star of David because the Israeli flag also has a Star of David is proof that these organizers, like so many on the left, equate Judaism with Israel and use that to justify antiseminitism. This is an antisemitic act, plain and simple. I’m disgusted by the rising tide of antisemitism on the left and ESPECIALLY in queer communities.

Would there be any interest from anyone in a blog dedicated to writers being able to showcase passages they are proud of from stories they cannot or will not finish? The wip graveyard, so to speak, where writers can submit lines they have written that would not otherwise be seen by anyone? Colour(s): I really like to surround myself with softer and more muted colours, but then again I do own a lot of obnoxiously bright clothes so I don’t really have a preference (green and blue are up there, though)

Last band t-shirt I bought: I don’t buy band t-shits??? I only own one and it’s guns and roses

Last band I saw live: I see a lot of live music (bc I’m a musician and I study music at uni), so I tend to see local bands more than touring artists. It’s the fringe at the moment so I’ve seen quite a few bands perform in the past few weeks and it’s been awesome

Last song I listened to: probably one from my setlist, so take me to church or get here

Last movie I watched: I saw Black Panther the other day and holy fuck it was amazing

Last three TV shows I watched: Community, Black Sails, and Queer Eye

Last 3 characters I identified with: oh god I identify with literally every character I come across I’m really bad like that 

Book I’m currently reading: The Hobbit (which is the first “real book” I’ve read in months because I kinda just read fic these days)
