As per Section 44 of the Indian Penal Code, the word 'injury' denotes any harm caused to any person in body, mind, reputation, or property. A wound is an injury to the body leading to a breach in the continuity of tissues, usually skin or mucous membrane.

I'm sorry I'm always sick, I'm sorry I always need help, and I'm sorry when you get home for the night I'm in so much pain I cry. You work hard at a thankless job, and are going through a lot. I know you don't think I'm a burden. I'm a burden on myself ... that's why I always apologize for that. I can't mentally handle how difficult it is right now to take care of myself. Half of it is mental - if I spent all my time nurturing my health I'd get better faster. Sadly that would take all of my energy and I want to have some fun. I feel guilty for prioritizing fun over eating 3 big meals a day and doing my physical therapy exercises. I feel so much shame.
