Biomech is a unique abstract artform that challenges us to view the world around us differently. From the late H.R. Giger to Aaron Cain, Paul Booth and Guy Aitchison our minds have been open to the endless possibilities of this art movement, of organic micro or macro windows into worlds that only seem to exist from the view of our minds eye. We celebrate this form of art for its ability to connect us all to each other and our shared love for Biomech. We hope in curating and hosting @theohiobioshow at @redtreetattoo we help grow the community to the general public as well as excite and inspire new and current biomech artists. We will have around 40 artists submitting paintings. We also welcome digital bio artwork to be sent for display on projectors and TVs. We are overwhelmed with the participation this year and cannot wait to see everyone on Saturday, November 18th at RedTree Tattoo Gallery 1002 N 4th St. Columbus OH. At the artists discretion 10% or more of sales will be donated to Environment Ohio or Environment America Non-Profit. Our environment is one of our biggest inspirations in Bio, never go on a nature hike with a biomech artist, unless you want to sit and wait every five steps for that perfect reference photo. We are happy to help what inspires us and do more for this planet. The show is free and donations are welcome.
