🍿 flick a piece of popcorn at my muse, Enzo and John

It was cool John wanted the two of them to hang out and try to get to know one another better. The other invited him to come over and watch a couple of his favourite western films and Enzo was more than happy to oblige. He didn’t regularly watch those kinds of movies, but he was up for trying. So here they were, sitting together on the couch, watching one of John’s favourites. Every now and then Enzo would chime in with a question, or offer some weird anecdote when something happened in the film that reminded him of an experience. During the second half, Enzo was mostly quite, and he noticed John was really into the movie. So to joke around, he grabbed some popcorn from the bowl in between them. He put some in his mouth, and one piece he flicked perfectly right at John’s cheek.

Enzo laughed softly. “If you had stayed and let me explain when we first met, I woulda told you my husband and I are in a happy open and poly relationship,” the dancer said, as he let go of John’s butt. “But if you’re not into that, I’m more than happy to back off and respect your boundaries. I like you, and you seem really cool. You rode a mechanical bull, for god’s sake.”

“Howdy, cowboy,” he muttered with a chuckle, smacking John’s thick behind with both hands. It was a coincidence the two of them ran into one another on rodeo night in the bar...but then again, not so much. “How’s about we ditch the mechanical bull and you ride something real?”
