So, my theory is that Tri is somehow connected to part of Link’s spirit.

I know quite a lot of people feel the same. And since Spirit Tracks was the last time we got a semi-playable Zelda, I’m drawing the duo in Spirit Track’s classic pose.

Echoes of Wisdom: Timeline Placement

First, we need to remember that the Zelda timeline was updated in 2017 in the Hyrule Encyclopedia. With that update, the Links that are the "same" in each game were updated. The Hyrule Hystoria timeline many are familiar with is from 2011.

Here we can see: ALTTP/LA = 1 Link OoS/OoA = 1 Link ALBW/TFH = 1 Link

Maps: Close to each other but not exact. Very close to EoW and I've seen quite a few posts of similarities floating around so I'll move on. ALBW has a statue in the field or rocks while ALTTP doesn't, for example. OoA/OoS maps not relevant.

Ganon's similarities across the existing games to EoW are pretty easy to see. He's got elements of all of them.

Next up is Zelda:

ALTTP and ALBW designs are very similar to each other, but not exact. Oracles Zelda also has some similarities, but stands out a bit more.

Now look at all these similarities! At first you'd assume she's the same Zelda as ALTTP or ALBW, but that pesky purple girdle? girl-loincloth? Anyway, that's on OoA/S Zelda. Once again, her starting outfit is a mix of all three games.

Where does that leave us? With a high chance that Echoes of Wisdom is a new Link and Zelda, sitting somewhere before or after Oracle of Seasons/Ages.

I cant get it out of my head that i have seen the Tri's face somewhere or it looked very familiar, and then we fight Null at the end and his 3rd phase shows masks of Tri's then it finally hit me.. they looked like the Kodama in Princess Mononoke.

Link's house looks adorable, and the cobweb is a cute touch cause he's been out being a hero that he is for a while

Ive seen vid analysis of the new game trailer saying this might be a wanted poster, but i think this might be a missing person poster, she was held captive at the beginning of the game, so people might have been looking for her.

Has anybody thought what's Link and Zelda's age in Echoes of Wisdom.

Cause they are definitely adults. Maybe around 18 above, they aren't child size and they were never treated as children or teenagers by everyone.

Bro and I debating Null, and I start to wonder:

Echo!Zelda is human enough to bear part of the Triforce Prime Energy, and expresses annoyance and anger when rejected. She’s not just an extension of Null, since gods aren’t supposed to be able to use the Triforce at all. And I start to wonder, if she had lived and not been consumed by Null, would she have possibly developed more?

She existed a few days at best and was displaying a personality that was unique from what she was copied from. What if it had been longer? Is she only bound to one task, or would she have been able to develop into her own person, a Null-made Hylian?
