this is such a cute little shot. they animated it smoothly. reminds me of ghibli with how floaty the animation is. the faces too, and how the limbs move on this quick shot.
the girls names are kiwi and mozu, nice names. also franky looks terrifying here. the mask really sells it.

this is so cool! it makes the water buildings and the ramps and everything make sense! everyone can board up and move to higher tiers during the surge. really cool idea for a partially flooded town.
